Google Workspace Updates
You can now use annotations to enhance your presentations in Google Meet. Presenters and their appointed co-annotators can use these tools to highlight content over their presentations.
To use annotations, just share your screen and click the annotation button at the upper left screen.
To assign a co-annotator, from the people panel or by hovering over a user’s video tile, select more options (three-dot icon) > add as co-annotator.
Availability
This feature is now available for all UNLVMail (@unlv.edu) and Rebelmail accounts (@unlv.nevada.edu).

You can now insert your video feed directly into your Google Slides presentations, creating a more immersive experience for your audience.
To add the spotlight shape into Slides, go to Insert > speaker spotlight or click the speaker spotlight button in the toolbar.

You can now create customized email layouts using a new email layout editor that is accessible from the compose screen in Gmail.
In the layout editor, you can create a new email layout from scratch or select from a predefined set of email templates, which include images, text elements and buttons. To access custom email layouts, compose a new message and click on the Choose layout icon.
