In accordance with the updated Flexible Work agreements that were recently submitted, UNLV-owned equipment must have proper documentation to show it is off campus. OIT is also required to track and report equipment inventory annually to Property Control.
OIT maintains and tracks equipment inventory via TeamDynamix CMDB. We have created a form for all employees who are working fully remote or on temporary remote work schedules (hybrid).
Submit Remote Equipment Inventory Form By Dec. 1
You'll need the following information for each device you have at home:
- UNLV Barcode (if available)
- Serial Number
- Device Type (Laptop, Desktop, Printer etc.)
- Make and Model
Employees who work fully on campus do not need to complete the form as the inventory staff will be performing periodic physical scans. Physical scans of employee inventory on campus are scheduled between Oct 16, 2023 and Nov 16, 2023.
