MyUNLV Upgrade
Overview
MyUNLV will be upgraded to provide a more secure and reliable experience for the campus community. As part of the work, users will not be able to access MyUNLV and the services that rely on it from July 2-5. Please plan ahead if you need to complete tasks before the outage begins.

What to Expect
Students, faculty, and staff will not be able to log in to MyUNLV during this outage. Review the information below for details.
Students
You will be unable to access any information or services in MyUNLV. Some common things you will not be able to do include:
- Make tuition or fee payments
- Request official and unofficial transcripts
- Enroll in or drop classes
- View or accept financial aid
- View or update information in MyUNLV
- Access student services that require MyUNLV
Parents and authorized users will also be unable to make payments during this time.
Instructors
You will be unable to access any information or services in MyUNLV. Some common things you will not be able to do include:
- Enter grades
- Review class schedule details
Grade transfer from WebCampus (Canvas) to MyUNLV will be delayed until the system is restored. If possible, complete grading and other important tasks before July 2 at 5 p.m.
Staff
You will be unable to access any information or services in MyUNLV. Some common things you will not be able to do include:
- Access reports and data from MyUNLV
- Perform administrative tasks or information updates in MyUNLV
- View the most up-to-date information in systems that use MyUNLV data
If possible, run reports and complete work that depends on MyUNLV before July 2 at 5 p.m.
