RebelCard Unavailable 9:05 - 11:05 p.m. Tuesday, March 18

RebelCard will experience a planned outage from 9:05 to 11:05 p.m. on Tuesday, March 18. This will allow our vendor, Atrium, to perform important security updates to their firewall and intrusion detection systems.

During this time: 

  • RebelCard will not be available for GrubHub or point of sale, although campus dining and retail locations will be closed due to Spring Break.
  • Activity readers won’t be operational
  • Online RebelCard services will be unavailable
    • Customers will be unable to check account balances or freeze/unfreeze their RebelCard
    • Online deposits won’t be posted to accounts until the maintenance is completed
  • Dorm and room access will not be affected

Atrium is managing this update, and we’ve notified campus providers so they can plan accordingly. You can find updates and more details on the UNLV status page and the RebelCard Services website.
