MacOS Tahoe Upgrade Now Available for IT-Managed Computers

Listen to this announcement

Mac users with IT-managed computers can upgrade to macOS Tahoe now through the UNLV Self Service application. Simply open the UNLV Self Service application and click Install next to MacOS Tahoe. If you don’t see the option, your device may already be running Tahoe, or it may not be compatible.

Beginning Monday, June 22, eligible computers will also see a weekly pop-up notification to remind you to install the upgrade.

Later in the summer, compatible Apple devices will be required to upgrade to macOS Tahoe for security reasons.

We encourage Mac customers to upgrade at your earliest convenience. If you do not have the UNLV Self Service application, please refer to your department technology support or contact the IT Help Desk for assistance.
