Collaboration Productivity
Users with Google Workspace accounts that are protected by HIPPA restrictions cannot use this feature, per UNLV's Business Associate Agreement with Google. Restricted users include, but are not limited to: School of Medicine, School of Dental Medicine, SWRC and UNLV PRACTICE.
Instructors can create an online assignment or Collaboration that embeds a document directly from Google drive. Using these tools will automatically adjust the share permissions on any embedded Google drive file.
