Students Without Internet Access Get Discounted Home Internet Service

UNLV partners with Cox Communications to offer subsidies through June 30, 2022 to students who do not have internet access at home.

UNLV students who do not have internet access can save on internet service at home. 

For a second year, the university is offering subsidies through the Cox Cares program, which provides discounted rates for home internet service.

Students will receive up to 50 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload for $30 per month ($0 with UNLV subsidy). 

The program and subsidy are available to enrolled students who do not have Cox services at their residence. There is no credit check, installation costs, or contract. The UNLV subsidy is valid through June 30, 2022.
