Winter Break Service Options for IT Help Desk, RebelCard, and Computer Labs

As the fall semester concludes and in consideration of the health and safety of our staff and campus customers, please note the following service changes:

IT Help Desk - Closed to In-Person Services Until Jan. 11

The IT Help Desk has suspended in-person support at this time and will reopen on January 11, 2021. Students, faculty, and staff can continue to get help with campus technologies by phone, emailing ithelp@unlv.edu, web form, and Scarlet, the chat bot, on it.unlv.edu. Help Desk staff are available from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. daily.

RebelCard Services - Closed to In-Person Services Until Jan. 11

The Student Union will be closed until January 11, 2021. RebelCard services will be available remotely by phone (702-895-2351) and by email (rebelcard@unlv.edu) from 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday through Friday during this time. You can also manage your card and add cash online. Additionally, RebelCard services will be closed December 24 - January 3.

OIT Computer Labs - Closed to In-Person Services Dec. 13 - Jan. 18

OIT computer labs will close after finals week and will reopen on Tuesday, January 19. Students can use RebelApps to access over 40+ software remotely. We encourage students to refer to the lab hours and remote access information as hours and services may change.
