IT Help Desk - Closed to In-Person Services Until Jan. 11
The IT Help Desk has suspended in-person support at this time and will reopen on January 11, 2021. Students, faculty, and staff can continue to get help with campus technologies by phone, emailing email@example.com, web form, and Scarlet, the chat bot, on it.unlv.edu. Help Desk staff are available from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. daily.
RebelCard Services - Closed to In-Person Services Until Jan. 11
The Student Union will be closed until January 11, 2021. RebelCard services will be available remotely by phone (702-895-2351) and by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) from 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday through Friday during this time. You can also manage your card and add cash online. Additionally, RebelCard services will be closed December 24 - January 3.
OIT Computer Labs - Closed to In-Person Services Dec. 13 - Jan. 18
OIT computer labs will close after finals week and will reopen on Tuesday, January 19. Students can use RebelApps to access over 40+ software remotely. We encourage students to refer to the lab hours and remote access information as hours and services may change.
