Please note the following changes to our computer lab, RebelCard office, and IT Help Desk hours for Monday, February 15 in observance of Presidents Day recess.
IT Help Desk
- Live support will be available by phone at 702-895-0777 from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. on Monday, February 15.
- You can also talk to Scarlet, our AI chat bot, on it.unlv.edu. Live support on Scarlet will not be available until campus services resume on Tuesday.
- The on-campus help desk will be closed Monday, February 15.
Computer Labs and Study Spaces
All computer labs and study spaces except TBE A311 will be closed Monday, February 15.
TBE A311 will remain open for its standard hours, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday and 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Additionally, students can use RebelApps to access over 40+ software remotely. Learn more about lab hours and RebelApps software options.
The RebelCard Office will be closed on Monday, February 15.
If you need to view your balance or add money to your RebelCard you can manage your RebelCard online from your computer or mobile device. There is no transaction fee for deposits, although a minimum deposit of $1 is required.
Normal hours for all services will resume on Tuesday, February 16. We encourage all customers to check service websites for changes before coming to campus.
