Free RebelCard Replacements for Employees

Employees who lost or broke their RebelCard can get a free replacement through Sept. 10. They can also add door access to their RebelCard, eliminating the need for a key card.

Get a RebelCard

To pick up their RebelCard, employees can visit the Student Union Green Room, near the the Philip J. Cohen Theatre, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday, Aug. 30 and Tuesday, Aug. 31 (closed 11 a.m. to noon). Cards will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis; no appointment is required.

Starting Sept. 1, employees are required to join the virtual line at the RebelCard office using the QLess app or texting “RebelCardQ” to 702-710-0905. Walk-ins are not available.

Add Door Access

To add door access to their RebelCard, employees must provide the six-digit number on the back of their card to their unit’s key approver. Please allow one to two business days to complete the request. Key approvers can help employees with door access issues.
