The following on-campus services are currently available for the spring 2021 semester. As campus guidelines may change suddenly, we suggest checking for updates on each service’s website prior to leaving for campus.
All visitors and staff are required to follow campus COVID safety measures when accessing on-campus resources.
A limited number of computer labs are available at this time. Please see available computer labs, hours, and software and study spaces and hours.
Students can also use RebelApps to access over 40 software titles remotely.
RebelCard customers can make a QLess appointment or join the virtual queue in-person assistance 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.
If you need to view your balance or add money to your RebelCard you can manage your RebelCard online from your computer or mobile device. There is no transaction fee for deposits, although a minimum deposit of $1 is required.

IT Help Desk
The SU 213 IT Help Desk will provide support from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. Visitors must make a QLess appointment or join the virtual queue for assistance.
Remote support is available by phone, email, or chat from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. every day of the week. Scarlet, our AI chat bot, is always available on the IT website.
