We are happy to announce that Acrobat Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud licensing obtained through OIT is now integrated with the ACE account.
New Acrobat Pro and Creative Cloud users will use their ACE account to log in once their license has been activated.
Existing Acrobat Pro and Creative Cloud Users
Customers that use an Adobe Enterprise ID: Accounts will be integrated with the ACE account beginning December 28, although some may not yet be migrated until January 3, 2021.
Once the account has been created, users will be directed to the ACE login page to sign in. Enterprise IDs will no longer work. Otherwise, no action is needed.
Customers that log in with a personal Adobe ID: Users who wish to use their ACE account instead of a personal Adobe ID can contact the IT Help Desk to switch their account.
Users that choose to change will need to transfer any Creative Cloud files stored under their personal Adobe ID to the new account. Learn more about migrating your Creative Cloud files. Otherwise, users may continue using their personal account if they prefer.
